Here is the list of recipients of the U.S. National Society of Film Critics Awards which were handed out yesterday. Perhaps some Oscars foreshadowing? Best picture went to There Will be Blood which also captured best director (Paul Thomas Anderson) and best actor (Daniel Day Lewis). Casey Affleck (The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford) won for best supporting actor; Julie Christie (Away from Her)for best actress and Cate Blanchett (I'm not There)for best supporting actress.
